3. Client Obligations
Clients agree to:

5. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, strategies, and materials created by Leo Advertising remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, clients receive a license to use the deliverables for their intended purpose.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of engagement.
7. Limitation of Liability
Leo Advertising shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate any ongoing project if:
• The client breaches the Terms
• Payment obligations are not fulfilled
• The client engages in unlawful or unethical activities
9. Governing Law
• For clients in India, these Terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in [Pune, India].
• For clients in the United Kingdom, these Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in [London, UK].
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after such changes will constitute your consent to the updated Terms.
